Of the 50-60 artists on Incubator's roster, fewer than 10 are invited to the annual Summit, most of whom are long-time members of the Incubator family. How honored I felt to be one of only two newbies out of eight attendees this year! (The people-pleasing approval junkie in me gets all kinds of warm fuzzies from being a "chosen one," ya know?)
But I came home from this summit with way more than a good girl's warm fuzzy.
The more I walk with Incubator, the more I see God's hand in their work. My relationship with them started because I knew they had exactly what I needed to become better at what I do. But I had no idea the breadth and depth of how God uses them to transform lives.
The journey starts with my own heart work, something Incubator does not take lightly. It will continue as I guide others in their own journey with Christ. This ministry is about so much more than music, and I cannot believe how blessed I am to be discipled by Incubator.
